Clearly (hopefully) this Dad knew that the fence was NOT turned on, but come on. If the picture was taken because he thought it was funny, then the jokes on him.

Even if it was turned off. Shouldn’t he be teaching her that a warning sign means do NOT touch. Looks like he’s more focused on taking in the scenery than being a parent!
that’s pretty scary that the dad doesn’t even see the warning sign himself, and then to see the kid holding onto the fence. especially that the warning sign is right in their face!!
